TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When the order is placed, the Client chooses one of the Delivery Methods proposed on the website for the Products.


SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping is free on domestic (IT) orders. All orders are shipped via FedEx.
The Delivery Costs are calculated in accordance with the weight of the item and of the
packaging and with the destination of the Order. The Customer is always informed of the amount of the delivery costs before the validation of the order.

- FedEx International Economy: delivery in Italy in 1-2 working days, in EU in 3-4 working days, rest of the world in 4-5 working days

ADDRESS FOR THE DELIVERY
The Customer is exclusively liable for non-delivery due to a lack of information given during the order.

DELIVERY TIMES
The Delivery Times run from the moment the piece is shipped. Due to the necessary packaging procedure in order for the item to be shipped safely, please allow one week to ten days from the placement of your order for the parcel to be dispatched.

Made to order pieces will be shipped within six weeks from the moment of the placement of the order. Please get in touch at contatti@ceramichececcarelli.it for any further information.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. Ceramiche Ceccarelli is considered to have respected the time limits if the Order is first presented at the address given by the Customer within the time limits listed above.
The Client can track the shipment of the order with the FedEx tracking code that Ceramiche Ceccarelli will provide at the moment of the shipment of the order.

The Order is not automatically cancelled by late delivery. Ceramiche Ceccarelli will inform the Customer by e-mail if delivery will be after the delivery period for the delivery method chosen by the Customer. If delay occurs and the order has not been sent when Ceramiche Ceccarelli receives the Customer's cancellation notice, the delivery is blocked and the customer is immediately refunded any sums debited, and at the latest, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the date on which the client informed Ceramiche Ceccarelli that they wanted the order to be cancelled due to the delay indicated. 

CHECKING ON THE ORDER IN ITS ARRIVAL
The Client must check the condition of the order at the moment of the delivery. The Customer can issue reserves and making the claims it considers necessary or even refusing the parcel if it is obviously damaged on arrival. The said reserves and claims must be sent to the carrier within 15 working days, not including bank holidays, following the delivery date of the products.

 

RETURNS AND REFUND
Ceramiche Ceccarelli wishes to offer its Customers, or the recipient of a gift, the possibility of returning the Articles delivered under the General Conditions of Sale described below.

Conditions of a return:
- the Customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal following the date of receipt of his package
- the Customer may return one or all the Items from his or her web order by post
- items must be returned complete on their original packaging. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted for a refund
- all the shipping costs of the return are at the Customer's expense, in case of return of an order shipped with free shipping, the cost of the shipment of the order will be deducted from the refund/credit
- delivery charges paid when placing the Order on the site are not refundable

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- the Customer shall write an e-mail to contatti@ceramichececcarelli.it to inform Ceramiche Ceccarelli the exchange/return request within 14 days from the date of dispatch
- Ceramiche Ceccarelli will provide an e-mail with the shipping destination of the return
- the Customer shall ship the item to the address sent by Ceramiche Ceccarelli
- as soon as Ceramiche Ceccarelli will receive the item the Customer will receive an email to confirm that the item has been received and that the refund has been processed
- the Customer will be refunded directly to the payment method used during the purchase (bank account or Paypal account)
